Dear Friends

They say, distance increases love. Maybe, maybe not (& in some cases it develops love for someone new!).

But I think, all of us should, at some point in time be away from our people. Away from our parents, spouse, brothers, sisters, children. Going away allows you to explore who you really are, what your likes & dislikes are, why you love the one you love.

It allows you to interact with outside world, outside of our usual set of known people & lifestyle. Sometimes the experiences might not be good, but thats how we grow as an individual.

Bye, take care & happy reading.

Forward : Strange Relativity

Isn't it strange how Rs. 20/= seems like such a large amount when you donate it to temple,
but such a small amount when you go shopping?

Isn't it strange how 2 hours seem so long when you're at place of worship,
and how short they seem when you're watching a good movie?

Isn't it strange that you can't find a word to say when you're praying,
but you have no trouble thinking what to talk about with a friend?

Isn't it strange how difficult and boring it is to read one chapter of the Bible / Quran / Gita,
but how easy it is to read 100 pages of a popular novel?

Isn't it strange that you can't find a word to say when you're praying,
but you have no trouble thinking what to talk about with a friend?

Isn't it strange how everyone wants front-row-tickets to concerts or games,
but they do whatever is possible to sit at the last row in a holy place?

Isn't it strange how we need to know about an event for temple 2-3 weeks before the day so we can include it in our agenda,
but we can adjust it for other events in the last minute?

Isn't it strange how difficult it is to learn a fact about God to share it with others,
but how easy it is to learn, understand, extend and repeat gossip?

Isn't it strange how we believe everything that magazines and newspapers say,
but we question the words in our holy books?

Isn't it strange how everyone wants a place in heaven,
but they don't want to believe, do, or say anything to get there?

Isn't it strange how we send jokes in e-mails and they are forwarded right away,
but when we are going to send messages about God, we think about it twice before we share it with others?

Joke : Child Play

A young boy enters a barber shop and the barber whispers to his customer, "This is the dumbest kid in the world. Watch while I prove it to you."

The barber puts a dollar bill in one hand and two quarters in the other, then calls the boy over and asks, "Which do you want, son?" The boy takes the quarters and leaves.

"What did I tell you?" said the barber. "That kid never learns!"

Later, when the customer leaves, he sees the same young boy coming out of the ice cream store.

"Hey, son! May I ask you a question? Why did you take the quarters instead of the dollar bill?"

The boy licked his cone and replied, "Because the day I take the dollar, the game's over!"

Silence in mouth may avoid many problems..
But.. smile in mouth may solve all the problems..
So always have a sweet, silent smile...

A diamond is merely a lump of coal
that did well under pressure.
So imagine how brilliant a human being can be
by sustaining pressures of life. Be hopeful..

Love is possible after friendship
but friendship is not possible after love
because medicines work before death
later nothing can be cured....!!!
